Returns & Shipping

All the essential information on delivery, returns, and refunds

You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return, provided that the item is in its original condition with the order slip and receipt.

Contact us at contact@aromak.ma, via our social networks or by phone. Our delivery partners will handle the return after validating your request.

Custom, personalized, promotional products, or gift cards are not eligible for return. For any questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Once the return is validated, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method. For cash payments, a bank account details will be required.

The order is shipped within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number to track the delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order, destination, and chosen delivery method. Shipping may be free for orders over a certain amount.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a real-time tracking link via email.
